1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking of an Airport Service at any time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a refund, minus a 2% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may offer a rescheduling option at our discretion, subject to availability.

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are clearly presented to the Customer before the completion of the booking.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on the Customer’s account, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
