Your booking includes access to the lounge during the stated opening hours, seating, Wi-Fi, and available food & drinks according to the lounge rules.

After payment, we send the ticket to your WhatsApp and E-Mail. You can show it on your phone at the lounge entrance.

Yes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

You can cancel your booking at any time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit time are eligible for a refund, minus a 2% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit time are non-refundable. In certain cases, we may offer a rescheduling option at our discretion, subject to availability.
