Power Lounge Premium is open to every traveller at Tokyo (Haneda) Airport (HND). Terminal: Terminal 2. Open: 06:30 - 00:30. 3F. Airside, the lounge is located on the 3rd floor of the International Departure Hall in Terminal 2, after passing through security. First, take the escalator to the 3rd floor International Departure Hall from the south side of the Domestic Departure D Exit on the 2nd floor of Terminal 2.After passing through security, you can find the lounge on the right side (west side).

Inside you will find food, snacks, soft drinks, Wi-Fi, luggage storage and a smoking area. Access is sold per person for a 3-hour stay. Prices start at €27. Children under 2 enter free.
